General Hospital’s Jonathan Jackson (Lucky)and Rebecca Herbst (Elizabeth) chat with Michael Fairman on Jonathan’s Emmy note-worthy performances, if Lucky and Liz can ever find their way back to each other, and the couple’s continued baby daddy drama.
Katie says: They’re adorable! Rebecca is even prettier pregnant and Jonathan is such a nice looking guy. I’m not sure the writers can tackle what Jonathan describes as redemption. This is General Hospital after all, LOL. Great interview! Loved the Sonny baby daddy joke.
Christian says: I was waiting to see the interview, had already read it. Love this interview, love Jonathan and Becky. Thrilled to see the “Permanent Lock” reunited on the screen again. I too have high hopes for a fantastic rebuild for these two characters. One of the greatest things that I used to love about LL2 was that it was them against the world, the angst came from other sources. I’d really like to see this couple be written for the way they used to be, not as kids, but I miss the devotion they shared as kids. We dont’ get enough of that on daytime, especially GH. If LL2 are reunited, would love to see Faison and Tom eventually make an appearance, that’s the angst for LL2 that would provide a suspenful story with them fighting TOGETHER the way they used to. Soaps don’t really do romance anymore, I so miss it. Thanks Michael!
Christian says: Oh…and could Becky be anymore gorgeous?! Jon is an incredibly handsome man, such a gorgeous pair, their chemistry hasn’t dwindled in the slightest, if anything, it’s grown. Mark Teschner was really onto something when he saw the spark btwn these two.
Josie says: What a great interview! Jon and Becky are adorable together. Becky is simply glowing! Their scenes during the reveal and since have been amazing. It’s nice to know they still have “IT”, even after 10 years apart. I too, would love to see LL2 take the journey to reconciling and having an adult relationship together.
Jeani says: I have horrible with the quality of the audio on these. It is always stopping ever few seconds.
Jeani, these videos are in hidef. So if you are on a slower speed connection, unfortunately you will have to let the video load all the way through once, and then hit play a second time. They are working fine, though as I double checked myself.
