This holiday season you can re-familiarize yourself with Laura Palmer, Killer BOB and Agent Dale Cooper and all the quirky characters of the cult classic TV series, Twin Peaks!

Daytime fans don’t miss the performances of  Ray Wise (Leland Palmer) and Ian Buchanan (Dick Tremayne) in it!

Showtime, which will air the reboot version sometime in 2017, is getting fans a chance to get caught up on the original back-story and happenings when they air the original series which aired on ABC starting on December 26th.

According to Deadline, every episode of the original series will be available for Showtime subscribers on Showtime’s streaming service, Showtime On Demand and Showtime Anytime.

The new Twin Peaks, which mixes original and new cast members and directed entirely by creator David Lynch, picks up twenty-five years after the inhabitants of a quaint northwestern town were stunned when their homecoming queen Laura Palmer was shockingly murdered. Twin Peaks is written and executive produced by series creators Lynch and Mark Frost, and produced by Sabrina S. Sutherland.

Oh yeah, this was my show back in the day! Loved the first season, but the second kinda got off track. I won’t comment on Fire Walk With Me. Looking forward to the reboot!

I recently watched the whole series again. The story, actors, and music all combine to make a very strange place to live. It ended with some unanswered question so it will be interesting to see if the re-boot does the original proud.
