5 March 26th, 2010 Could Thorsten Kaye be headed to Llanview to reunite Patrick & Marty?

Could Thorsten Kaye be headed to One Life to Live in the near future to reprise the role of Patrick Thornhart?  Well, if you listen to Ron Carlivati in Part Three of his exclusive video interview with On-Air On-Soaps Michael Fairman, the head scribe of Llanview says it would be something he would welcome the opportunity to write.

Carlivati stated, “That is something I would love to do.  That could create so much story, especially with Cole.  It would be great for the audience to see them together as a father and son. I would love it.  It’s a great character, and its Marty’s true love, and it would be fantastic to some day tell that story… and that is all I will say.”

If that were to happen it would also give real life lovebirds, two-time Daytime Emmy winner Susan Haskell (Marty) and Kaye a chance to have some on-screen time together.  Make sure to view all four parts of the Ron Carlivati’s interview segment in the Video Interviews section of the Media Gallery.

    HUH? But didn’t Minshew sing onto AMC?

    And accrdg to TVGC, Frons thinks Kaye and Minshew are the stars of AMC, so why have Minshew and not Kaye?

    Perhaps this is yet a new reason why OLTL had to axe claywell, evans, duplaix, clifton and hunt, so they could afford to lure back Kaye.

    Minshew re-signed. Kaye was not willing to relocate to LA or commute there. He did not want to live apart from Susan and their child. I don’t know how they’re going to write his departure into the storyline.

    We will see this coming week how TKs character is written off. I hope TK re-signs with AMC; I love his character. I do not like real life couples acting together. I did prefer TK with Eva LaRue — now that was chemistry.

    Considering OLTL has just been given the axe ….I think it would be a great idea to have Thorsten and Brandon come back to help conclude Marty’s story.
    But I think the returning Roger/Todd should be incorporated into the story -Todd knows where a very much alive Patrick is and as a final gift to Marty (yes I really do believe Todd loved her…even tho he destroyed any chance he ever could have had with Marty)-he goes and gets Patrick and he and Patrick break Cole out of prison…..the story ends with Todd and Marty having a few moments for a final good- bye…and he finally tells her how he really felt about her.That would make this viewer happy.
