6 April 1st, 2015 DEVIOUS MAIDS Season Three To Bow June 1st With Susan Lucci, Nathan Owens, Brianna Brown & John O’Hurley!

Lifetime’s critically-acclaimed hit series Devious Maids eturns for a third season on a new night, Mondays at 9PM ET/PT, beginning June 1st leading into the series premiere of “UnREAL” at 10PM ET/PT.

Executive produced by Marc Cherry and Eva Longoria, Devious Maids follows five maids with ambition and dreams of their own while working for the rich and famous in Beverly Hills. Devious Maids is set in a world where murder and mayhem collide in the mansions of Beverly Hills’ wealthiest and most powerful families. Class warfare has never been as fun and dirty as it is in the tony enclave where the staff is as clever, witty and downright as devilish as their employers.

The series has centered on a close-knit group of maids, Marisol (Ana Ortiz), Rosie (Dania Ramírez), Carmen (Roselyn Sánchez), Valentina (Edy Ganem) and Zoila (Judy Reyes), who are bonded together by their jobs, life struggles and the melodramatic universe that engulfs their employers. “Devious Maids” also stars Susan Lucci (“All My Children”), Grant Show (“Melrose Place”), Rebecca Wisocky (“The Mentalist”), Tom Irwin (“Grey’s Anatomy”) and Drew Van Acker (“Pretty Little Liars”). Brianna Brown (“Graceland”) and Brett Cullen (“The Dark Knight Rises”) make a return to the series this season, joining new cast members Naya Rivera (“Glee”), Gilles Marini (“Sex and the City”), Cristián de la Fuente (“Valiant Love”), John O’Hurley (“General Hospital”), Justina Machado (“Six Feet Under”), Nathan Owens (“Days of Our Lives”) and Julie Claire (“Web Therapy”).

Season three picks up at the height of last year’s shocking cliffhanger where a deranged gunman takes aim at the maids during Rosie and Spence’s wedding, leaving everyone to wonder who will survive. In the wake of this tragedy, the women lean on each other like never before, even as they face complex problems in their own lives. Zoila ponders her next steps after discovering that she is pregnant and uncertain who the father may be. Carmen realizes there is more than meets the eye to the charming Sebastien (Gilles Marini). Meanwhile, Valentina and Remi struggle to connect in the aftermath of the shooting; Marisol’s aspirations lead her to a surprising career change; and Blanca (Naya Rivera), a new maid in the neighborhood, lands a job with a seemingly picture-perfect family, but soon discovers a terrible secret that could change her life forever.

  1. Rodd says:

Love this show and can’t wait for it to start again!

  2. Scott (ATWT Fan) says:

Hope season three is more riveting like the first one; season two was a bit too off-key for me, honestly.

  3. Tivette says:

I can hardly wait! This is one of my FAVORITE programs and the only one I tend to watch live. I sure hope Zoila dumps her ex and goes with the new flame…!

  4. Robert says:

Can’t wait for the new season to begin!!

  5. Tom Jenkins says:

It’s been so long since Season II ended, I would have to watch the last episode to see what happened. Aren’t they afraid that they will lose viewers and continuity with this extreme lapse in time? This is a good show, reminds me to some extent of
Desperate Housewives. ABC-TV, also known as the worst decision making Network today, should have picked this show up for it’s Sunday night 9PM spot instead of that dreadful “resurrection” which has little hope of returning.

  6. Devious Boy says:

This is a well written, fun show that sadly seems to be treated badly.

    1. Marc Cherry appears to want to move on to other shows and not have as much involvement. He is the mastermind.

    2. The show’s general concept was great but it did not need to be all Latina maids. The show would have more appeal if had maids of several nationalities.

    3. Like it or not this is about rating and skewing to the young. More emphasis should be on the young characters not just the “older” maids.

    4. All the maids are having their brush with wealth which is not only unlikely but a bit boring. All the maids find or have found themselves involved with rich men.

    5. Some great talent is being underused and in particular while the Powells are often tied into big storylines poor Genevieve is left as a supporting character who steals the scenes. Some references to All My Children might be funny and bring in a few viewerrs – have Genevieve addicted to reruns of the soap or perhaps weekly a new suitor or boyfriend is one of Erica Kane’s ex lovers – even if you don’t know the day time soap it would be funny to see all the men in Genevieve’s life and Zoila’s reaction. Money is a big issue with cable shows where ratings are lower than daytime soaps. Maybe to keep osts down bringing in America caine – Geneivieve’s twin sister who was givien up for adoption by Velma. It would e great to see an Erica Kane character deal with Zoila, Geneveieve, the Powells et al.

    6. The show is going to be cancelled if something isn’t done to help the ratings. They need at least 1/2 million more viewers and preferably at least a million more. Moving it to Monday night is not a great move now that it is up against some top hits. The large cast, costumes and fancy sets are cost prohibitive. The non maids are only in 10 episodes out of 13 because let’s be honest – lack of money.

Great characters and it is sad ABC didn’t pick up this show. But things are looking dim after two episodes in season 3.
