31 November 3rd, 2014 Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna Premiere In The New Season Of THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS On November 18th!

You can’t get more official than this! Finally, Bravo has released the cast photo and the first trailer of the upcoming season of the hit reality series franchise, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!

So get ready for some, wine-throwing, bitch-slapping, table-throwing, and plenty of tears, as soap veterans Eileen Davidson (DAYS and Y&R) and Lisa Rinna (DAYS) mix it up with series staples: Lisa Vanderpump, Brandi Granville, Kyle Richards and Yolanda Foster.

In the new sneak peek video, there is already tense moments between Davidson and Granville, when Brandi says of Eileen during a confessional that the Daytime Emmy winning Days of Our Lives and Y&R  star “sleeps around and tries to steal men.”  Next the cameras cut to Davidson telling Brandi: “Don’t f–king call me a homewrecker!” And then a drink is thrown in Eileen’s face!

Davidson told on joining the new season of “Housewives”, “It’s so surreal! “But also very exciting and a little nerve wracking. I’m used to scripts when I’m being filmed so this has been a new experience! It’s like being on a roller coaster. And you can all take the ride with me!”

As for Rinna she told, “You can expect quite and explosive season. If I say anymore than that, I would definitely be giving away too much!” The new season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills kicks-off on Tuesday November 18th at 9PMET/PT only on Bravo!

What do you think of the teaser promo, and Eileen and Lisa in the mix?  Will you be tuning in to see how are soap stars do? Comment below!

Unfortunately, I think that Eileen is “dumbing” herself down starring in this trainwreck. The paycheck was probably hard to pass up, but…

    Ces replied

    I agree!

    Davers replied

Agreed!— Eileen, you’re too classy to sink to this show! :(
I’m not even sure I’m going to tune in to watch.
As much as I LOVE seeing Eileen on my screen- I really don’t want to see her this way…

    dmr replied

Just read how Lisa Rinna throws a glass at one of the other housewives. Why are these women dumbing themselves down? I will not be watching. Not a fan of “real” (not) television.

  2. Michael (not Fairman) says:

ED is tops in my book and I absolutely wish her the best, but I *so* wish she had not chosen to do this show (though I guess, like everybody else, I sort of knew that the rumors almost had to be true). Even the little snippet MF included in the article about the interaction between ED and this Brandi person feels so . . . trashy . . . to me. (And I’m sorry but as somebody who has never paid one bit of attention to this kind of programming, I have to ask: “Vanderpump,” really? that’s somebody’s real name? )

    Harry replied

I concur, Michael (Not Fairman). Eileen doesn’t need the work as she is plenty busy running back and forth from Y&R and Days. I want to continue to like and respect her.
Also, the sample of scenes to come sound as if they were scripted by soap writers.
They sound this way because they are scripted!
Eileen, if in the off chance you are reading this, get out while the getting is good. Even Kristen wouldn’t lower herself to this and Ashley Abbott wouldn’t even dignify the request with an answer.

  3. Anne says:

    Total trash

  4. carla says:

Why in the world established actors would feel the need to appear on housewives is quite puzzling to me. More like scripted t.v than reality. Must be the paycheck.

  5. jimh(leave it to beaver) says:

Will Stephano be called in on occasion…lol…i hope people know these shows are scripted with some reality here and there…

    Michael (not Fairman) replied

I tend to agree, jimh (though I can’t say I’ve paid much attention to them on the whole). I would guess that it’s sort of like a long improvisation, with the bare outlines of the situations sketched out for the participants and then they’re expected to sort of take it from there and play things out (and probably directed to be as “dramatic” as possible). Maybe they are even given some concrete suggestions (“And then maybe when she makes you mad, you could slap her and call her a lying slut”). In that sense I suppose having a couple of actresses in the mix makes perfect sense. I’m just not sure why ED thought she needed to be one of them.

    jimh(leave it to beaver) replied

I havent watched those shows but what ive read and heared about them sounds like its well beneath EDs talents…i might peek and check out one episode but im just not into those kind of shows…your guess about how the show works is right on the money from what ive heard about these shows…my nephews exwife and her current husband was at one of those pawn shops seen on tv and said they were passing out scripts to those participating…even some of the stuff on The Biggest Looser is added to the show…a contestant from my hometown admitted that during an interview…i actually have no cares what they do…i just dont watch…but i will check out only 1 episode of the one Eileen is doing just out of curiosity…its just not my cup of tea…and i dont even like tea as well!!!…lol

    Harry replied

I know they are scripted, Jim. However, these trashy shows fall under the genre of “reality show.” Eileen is playing herself and therefore, people will equate her real self with sleazy, low brown antics.
Why oh why is she doing this?

  6. damien says:

ed is a class act! im sure she wont cheapen herself by being on the show! she ll get more mainstream attention since daytime tv does a poor job promoting thr shows at primetime, and eileen is too talented to be ignored!
if days was serious about keeping itslf on air it wouldve brought lisa back to days and flaunt its stars and take advantage of the free publicity! billie could ve come back with rkk as bo! the character is too important to days, and rkk was a hot bo!! days and nbc owned bravo could ve had an amazing promotion partnership!

  7. Nanci says:

Ugh. Trashy. So ED throws the F word around right off the bat??
Looks like yet another trashy show no one needs to watch.
Really wish ED hadnt lowered herself this way.

  8. Michael (not Fairman) says:

I have to add: I was quite astonished when I realized this program was on Bravo. How the mighty have fallen. I can remember when it thought of itself as fairly high-brow and aimed to have quality programming.

  9. toscanti says:

I love ED but will not watch this ridiculous show. No one cares about a group of uneducated wealthy housewives who do nothing but create havoc. JMO! ED is dumbing herself down with this project. LR has always been a drama queen. She’ll fit right in.

    MARIA replied

You sound bitter, Eileen Davidson is a classy, sassy lady. Lisa Rinna and Eileen will bitch slap Brandi. lmao.

    Elite Advisors replied

Eileen does not need to belittle herself like this…however Lisa Rinna will do anything to see herself on air… so sad for Eileen!

  10. Mo says:

It’s a shame Eileen (and Lisa for that matter) is doing the show.

  11. Jasper says:

Eileen Davidson should stick to staying on Days of our Lives. She makes Days an without her you will see the ratings fall. Bravo NBC should work with her to do both shows. NBC should bow down to her an save the ratings on its last daytime soap opera. With all these actors living Days why would you let talent like Ms Davidson go who brings up your ratings!!!

  12. Timmm says:

I thought these Housewife shows were for bimbos who cannot get their hands on enough money or have every body part adjusted. I’m sure Eileen is getting paid a lot of money but she doesnt fit the above description AND she is highly sought after in the legitimate field of acting and is paid well. Very sad.

    su0000 replied

    well, Timmm
they all have $15.000 boobs and $35,000 lips and jaws and not sure what a bubble butt and botox is going for these days..
there isn’t much on them that is real, if anything..

    4ever DAYS replied

LOL! Your post made me think about the movie “Death Becomes Her”‘, su0000!

It’s a very entertaining movie that you would probably love if you haven’t already seen it!!

  13. tskyent says:

This I will definitely watch!! Can’t wait!!

  14. su0000 says:

    that is so sad..
I had respect for Eileen, now she has labeled herself as trash..
    (birds of a feather……)
the Housewives are lowest of junk tv ..
there has been guilty pleas to felony charges by three of them..

I never thought I would see Eileen rolling in the shitt with the housewives pigs .. lol

    Nanci replied

    Totally agree!

  15. Elite Advisors says:

Never watched the show, any of them for that matter…. I still cannot believe that Eileen has agreed to this! I am stunned.

As for Lisa Rinna, that woman takes every single gig she can get to stay on air, so I am not at all surprised that she is doing this… in fact it is right up her alley.

Eileen does not need to do this, she has amazing talent. Very disappointed.

  16. joyce Appet says:

Think before you start your show. Its so embarassing and silly

  17. sonniorsolita says:

Wow, I can’t believe how judgmental people are. Y’all do realize that this is exactly what snobby actors say about working in daytime soaps, right? That soap roles are trashy, undignified, ridiculous and beneath a “classy” or “real” actor? I personally can’t stand the Housewives franchise — but obviously plenty of people enjoy the shows. So to each their own. There’s just no reason to be so nasty to actors who choose to appear in programs not to your taste. I’m sure their agents and they themselves have a better handle on their careers than any of us do. Just wow.

  18. Nikki says:

This is so incredibly sad. It’s upsetting that someone as talented as Eileen Davidson would participate in such a classless, disgusting program. I’ve lost a lot of respect for her. No paycheck is worth demeaning yourself, your family, and your reputation.

  19. Gmbenet says:

I have never watched any of the “Real Housewives..” franchise shows. However, I did see the promo featuring Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna. The promo reinforced the rumors I’ve heard that reality shows are really “fabricated” (i.e. non-scripted fiction). The “homewrecker” charge levied at Eileen sounds like a charge against “Kristen DiMera” rather than Eileen herself. I am curious about this show, simply because Eileen and Lisa have been hired for it. Who better to bring the “fabricated drama” than two veteran soap opera actresses? Don’t know if I will become a continuous viewer, but I am looking forward to satisfying my curiosity…solely motivated by the presence of Davidson and Rinna. If they had not been hired by the show, I wouldn’t give it a second thought.
