I tried, but finally had to give up on this show. It jumped the shark a while back, but I kept watching hoping for the best. I liked the storylines, but didn’t like the singing. Not my style!

I also gave up on EMPIRE. I realize the show is about the music industry but it could benefit greatly from branching out a bit. Between that and the celebrity guest spots I just got bored and tuned out.

    Empire is great !!
One of the best primetime soaps, for sure..
The music is also great !

((if a person loves the horrible music of Nashville they most likely wouldn’t like the awesome music of Empire))

The show was very good the first season..Since season 2 this show has been poorly written in regards to storyline dictating…Good acting but horrible storylines..I too will stop watching this show!!

I do love this show and really happy it turned out to be more soap opera than anything. A lot of the music featured on the show is very good.
