15 February 26th, 2013 GH Alum Ingo Rademacher In New Cast Of Dancing with the Stars!

While everyone was perhaps hoping for General Hospital’s Finola Hughes (Anna Devane) to be named a contestant in the new season of ABC’s ballroom competition show Dancing with the Stars, it was none other than fan favorite and recurring star, Ingo Rademacher (Jax) who will be vying for the Mirror Ball Trophy.

This morning on Good Morning America Rademacher was announced as part of the cast along with Zendaya Coleman, Lisa Vanderpump, Alexandra Raisman, Kellie Pickler, Victor Ortiz, Wynonna Judd, Jacoby Jones, D.L Hughley, Dorothy Hamill, and Andy Dick!

The eleven celebrities will begin the competition on the season premiere two-hour episode on Monday night, March 18th beginning at 8PM EST!

   Ingo and Kelli Pickler will be my favorites-hope they live up to the task. Glad to see Derek Hough back, thought he was leaving. A. Rainsman will be the early favorite I think!! DWTS & Nashville are my last ABC shows – hope they don’t disappoint!

    How odd that they cast van der pump. She’s part of rhobh and the real housewives franchise is pretty much the fiercest competition of daytime and even primetime soap operas. Have they ever had any Asian american male actors on this show? They’ve had Asian american athlete apollo anton ohno and I’m guessing he’s the only Asian american male to ever be on this show. The pros are majority white too. I don’t think they’ve ever even had an African american pro on this show. Horrid!

    Rememeber when Finloa Hughes played in the movie”Stayin Alive” w/ John Travolta. She
    was quite a dancer in that movie. She was suppose to be the best dancer in that movie!
