Bradford Anderson, General Hospital’s Spinelli, injured himself aboard the Soap Cruise over the weekend. According to reports from Soap Opera Digest, the actor was playing basketball when he hurt his Achilles’ tendon. He is currently in a cast and may require surgery. And this afternoon, Nelson Branco ( who was on board the Soap Cruise) offered this up on the incident in his new TV Guide Canada, Soapgeist column: ”Proving white men should never play basketball is GH’s Bradford Anderson.” The popular actor told Branco, “I may need surgery. I have to get my foot looked at when I arrive in L.A. But so far I’m not in a lot of pain.” Branco then goes on to state, “From the looks of the injury, don’t be too surprised if the injury is worked into the story.”
Also more injuries from the high seas reported. This time with B&B’s Bill Spencer, Don Diamont. Apparently, during the Soap Cruise the actor took a relatively harmless spill on his jet ski during a Key West stopover. Diamont only suffered minor back and shoulder pain. Careful men!
