The votes are in and have been tallied.  And in a record number of votes for this website, we can reveal the highest vote getters and performers,  who you the fans felt was the most deserving of a Daytime Emmy Pre-Nomination but was MIA from the second round ballot and overlooked in our weekend long Daytime Emmy Snub Poll!

There was a very tight race for the top spot, but in the end voters felt that General Hospital’s Kimberly McCullough (Robin) deserved a pre-nomination the most over the other candidates for her stirring and moving performance in 2010 with 22.5% of the votes. The second runner-up and separated by less than 40 votes was her GH castmate, Dominic Zamprogna (Dante) who received 20.49% of the votes.  Both McCullough and Zamprogna were left off the Supporting Actress and Actor categories ballot for a pre-nom.

Third runner-up went to Days of our Lives, Crystal Chappell (Carly) who failed to get out of the gate for a Lead Actress Pre-Nom.  Chappell received 11.45& of the vote.  The fourth spot went to Florencia Lozano (Tea) who was overlooked in the Lead Actress Pre-Noms from One Life to Live. The talented Lozano received 11.28% of the vote.  And, rounding out the top five was The Young and the Restless‘, Michael Muhney (Adam) who received 7.16% of the vote.

Other performers receiving high totals were DAYS Suzanne Rogers (Maggie) and Eric Martsolf, (Brady), and The Young and the Restless‘, Stacy Haiduk (Emily/Patty), Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki,) and Eric Braeden (Victor).

In the write-in category, fans wrote in the name most of General Hospital’s Rebecca Herbst (Elizabeth), who unfortunately was not eligible anyway, since she was not even on the GH pre-pre nomination ballot, and so thus, she was not snubbed for a pre-nomination like the other candidates were above.

Thanks to all who took the time to put write their comments, opinions, let their voice be heard, and voted in our poll! Now it’s on to see who actually gets into the final round when the nominations are announced by NATAS on May 11th.

Agree on the results. Kimberly and Dominic were outstanding and it’s a shame but lets hope to see them next year.

It’s unfortunate, because Kim truly deserved the nomination this year. As did Florencia.

I don’t think Kim deserves a nom, her acting is not that good. Dom is a great actor and deserves a nom, he just needs to do something with his hair, why is he wearing the cindy williams cut? (shirley, from laverne & shirley).

That’s your opinion and I’m sorry, but I respectfully disagree. JT was nominated in the supporting category and I love him and Patrick Drake. But Kim (Robin) knocked that entire cheating storyline out of the park when she learned what her husband had done with Lisa. It’s clear others felt the same way. And when you have actors on the list who did NOTHING last year, it’s fine to say someone isn’t very good, because acting is all subjective, but she had valid storyline and EASILY could have, and should have, taken the place of anyone else on her show in the pre-nom category.

I stand by my opinion because I’ve watched since she first debuted, I didn’t think her acting was any good then and I still don’t.

And that’s good for you. I stand by my opinion as well, reason why I stated that it was your opinion. Obviously, we differ and that was my entire point. Different Strokes. Moving along. –>

I am surprised Florencia Lozano didn’t get more votes. I thought she did a phenomal job portraying someone who was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer.

Couldn’t agree more! In so many ways, she was the heart of OLTL this past year and it would have been nice to have seen that work rewarded.

I wish Kim M. would take her not acting self of GH. Her acting is so painful to watch, think of nails on a chalk board, ugh!!!!. Kim when you leave take Vanessa M. with you, the Kardashians are looking for their long lost sisters.

Well, now I know why Michael Muhney totally trashed the process. He was not selected. Poor sport. He’s good but, so is practically the entire Y&R cast. He can take a seat next to the grumptacular Tristan Rogers who clearly has the same ax to grind. They can spend the entire evening singing ‘It shoulda been me” although the fact is; if it shoulda, it woulda!
