33 January 28th, 2013 Jennifer Bassey Tweets: “Wonderful Surprises on AMC In Next Few Months … Sworn To Secrecy!”

OK so what is up with the possibility of David Canary and Jennifer Bassey joining the Prospect Park’s All My Children? Will Stuart and Marion and of course, Adam, be part of the canvas?

Well in a tweet a few hours ago from fan favorite Jennifer Bassey (Marion Colby Chandler) looks like something IS on the horizon when she stated: “News. there will be some wonderful surprises in the next few months on AMC. That’s all I can say right now. Sworn to secrecy. xxxx J”

This came on the heels of some prior tweets in which Bassey originally revealed that she and Marion were not coming back to Pine Valley, and that was then followed with a new tweet saying she was indeed meeting with the the new producer of AMC to find out what is going on!

So would you be happy to see Marion back in Pine Valley? Do you think David Canary could be dropping in too? Let us know your thoughts!

I would love to see Jennifer Bassey, but would be even happier if David Canary returned. IMO he would be the biggest asset to the canvas!

Well, I would have to add Michael E. Knight would be up there with David Canary on my “must-have” list. Can’t forget Tad. He’s been my favorite since I started watching AMC.

At the end. The Chandlers and the Martins had but 2 or so left to carry on..
The core families were on the endangered species list ..
I wonder if and how they could be rebuilt..

Yes, but don’t bring back Jamie Luner as Liza!!!! Please try and bring back the one and only Marcy Walker. She is the one and only Liza in my book. And the chemistry that she had with Tad, Dixie, Marion and Adam was unbeatable.

Yeah but it seems Marcy is retired from acting, she’s big into her religion, I believe Christian. Maybe a recast Liza would help. People have mentioned Beth Chamberlain that played Beth on Guiding Light and I think she could be good. She definitely has the chops.

You know Blake, they should have given that role to Beth Ehlers when she came on AMC….she had good chemistry with Tad, but they blew her storyline to pieces and wasted her talent. And I’m from the school that on some characters, just don’t recast because it won’t work. Liza was played to a T by Marcy, so I just don’t think they should recast it.

I did not think that David Canary wanted to return ~ but then again what would Pine Valley be without Adam Chandler – but we have to realize that these are NEW shows, a new inception of AMC – they will be introducing new characters I’m sure and some fans will like it and some may not – the soaps are being launched into unchartered waters and just how they will float is anybody’s guess (how’s that for poetry) ~

I hope we get to watch Jennifer Bassey…. Marion is GOLD.

At the “ending” of AMC….. it was the scenes with Marion and Stewart (coming back to life) that had me sobbing…. my favorite “ending” off…..

I’d like to salute and Commemorate the superlative…. ubber talent… Marcy Walker…. Liza….. Mother and Daughter ran with the gamut of emotions…. They transcended.

Marion and Stewarts’ loving relationship beamed….

I believe that means that David Canary will be on board. Julia Barr is rumored to be returning also, so with both of his leading ladies on board – he can’t be far behind. Also noticed we haven’t heard from Michael Knight or Susan Lucci yet.

I do understand this is a reboot and not all characters will be returned…but to start, you really must have Tad and Erica..

David Canary is just the best……..It won’t be the same if he doesn’t return. I love Tad……he needs to be with a woman that will love like he does. Hope Erica can get out of the contract she has and also that Kendall and Ryan will return.

PP hasn’t announced it officially yet, but it looks like AMC will start shooting in late February-projected for a potential early April start

I am sick and tired of cooking shows & eating shows like ‘The Taste”. Give me a break with that one. Yes all these cooking shows should be directed to the Food Network where they belong. Never watched one ever and never will. They
don’t interest me in the least. I rather go to my cooking book not these cooking
shows!
