I wish him recovery and every happiness

  2. Wendy - Vancouver says:

Takes a usual ‘reality’ check for someone to realize their ingestion of either drugs or alcohol is out of control. Guess in time, he’ll realize the DUI was a good event creating a mindset that was no longer the denial that is often the mindset of an alcoholic or addict.
Hope his rehab. goes well for him and his future life is more balanced with sobriety and stable interactions in all aspect of his life.

His lawyer gave him good advice..
John checked himself into the treatment facility for 12 days..
That is a save .. like a get of jail card ..
And it was a good play career wise ..

    -Substance abuse-
as defined is a maladaptive pattern of substance use manifested by recurrent and significant adverse consequences related to the repeated use of substances

    -Substance dependence-
is more serious than abuse. This maladaptive pattern of substance use includes such features as increased tolerance for the substance, resulting in the need for ever-greater amounts of the substance to achieve the intended effect

It said he entered for substance abuse . Who knows which for sure, not me ..
We do know what his problem is, actually.
It may be minor or major ..
Anyways, I feel sorry for him and it’s good he is getting care..

While I think Stamos is a great guy and wants to do the right thing, I’m sure it helped that insurance companies probably refused to insure him in his roles in his new projects unless he got help and they received positive reports. He’s lucky, the cops treated him really well too. Hope rehab helps him on the road to recovery.

  6. Timmm says:

Sometimes the people who seem to have the most fun in life turn out to have the most problems.

  7. Chrystie Delancey says:

I am glad he is getting the help he needs. Addiction is a big problem in Los Angeles. They always run ads for Cliffside Malibu during Days of Our Lives.

One thing I have to say about that title of the Full House revival. “Fuller” just sounds immature. “More full” sounds more appropriate. What has happened to our diction in America? :-(

Fuller House sounds like you’d find a fuller brush salesman…lol…Full House: The Next Generation would be better with the show focusing on the next generation of Tanners

  8. Shirley says:

I think it is really good to know he is getting help, everyone has no need in pointing figures at him. When I was 23 I got hit by a drunk driver,l was pregnant and lost the baby at least he is trying to get help.maybe he will realize all the things and real son why he is drinking and find out there is a happiness out there with out drinking

  9. mark says:

The Olsen twins absence from the Full House reunion fueled this downward spiral.
