6 December 23rd, 2012 Jonathan Jackson Makes His Debut At The Grand Ole’ Opry! – Watch the Performance!

Nashville and General Hospital favorite, Jonathan Jackson (Avery, Nashville, Ex- Lucky GH) just recently performed on stage for the first time at Nashville’s world famous Grand Ole’ Opry!  Jackson who is now residing in Music City and embroiled in a hot storyline in the freshmen primetime series, performed a tune entitled, “The Coming Dawn”.

In his notes on his appearance at the Opry, Jackson wrote backstage on the official “From The Dressing Room …” postcard  (which they ask all their performers to fill out), “I wrote this song after studying Roy Orbison and Bob Dylan for awhile.  I love learning about music history and being inspired in that way I am humbled to be performing tonight. And I will say, everyone I have met here are such amazing people.”  Jonathan also went on to write on his appearance at the Opry, “I am excited and grateful and focused.”

    Your right he just continues to amaze me, he is this multi-talent guy who deserves much success. I hope he get tons of positive recognition and rewards because of all his hard work. I love this song, it is beautifully written and hope to hear it soon on ABC Nashville.

    I’m so happy for him! I’ve loved him since his first day on GH. He’s such a dedicated artist, both as an actor and as a musician. I hope he continues to have this kind of success.

    i have watched him grow up on gh & i really miss him – he is such an extraordinary actor but i think his true passion is singing & he has such a beautiful voice – i believe he will excel in the music industry…..i must add he is such a humble soul & that is so refreshing!

    Betty Ivy, if you go to UTube you can find his band Enation, his brother is also in the band.
