The one and only Kim Zimmer is a very busy gal these days! First and foremost she is out promoting her new book which hit bookstores this week, I’m Just Sayin’! Three Deaths, Seven Husbands and a Clone! My Life as a Daytime Diva! And she is continuing to tape episodes of One Life to Live as Echo DiSavoy, and she is preparing to star in the musical Sunset Boulevard in Summer Stock in Michigan!
The other day, Kim stopped by the studios of Good Day NY to talk about her new book with the hosts. However, one of the hosts named Bo, couldn’t stop talking about what he knew of soap operas! Kim however, navigated through and got to talk about her time with Alec Baldwin as her first leading man on The Doctors, playing the Clone and what the crew called her on the Guiding Light set during the taping of those scenes, and the demise of the 72 year old soap and having to say goodbye to Reva Shayne Lewis.
