Michael Muhney, the former Adam Newman of The Young and the Restless, took to Twitter this morning upon the news that Justin Hartley was finally revealed to be his successor in the pivotal role on the CBS soap opera.
Fan fervor for Muhney to return in the role has gone on for months since his ouster from the series back in December of 2013. Muhney recently tweeted to his fans he was also in talks to return to the series, but that it did not pan out.
Since Muhney is attempting to have fans, who wished for Muhney to return, to not bash the incoming Hartley, he sent out the following tweet: “I really like Justin Hartley. He’s a good guy. We really get along well. I wish him the best. Be kind to him.
