Yes I will check it out. “The Stafford Project” was really good. Hopefully this will hold up. It cannot be any worse than NINA CLAY!

    Harry replied

Timm–what is going on with that? I go back to watching GH on a regular basis in order to watch Laura’s grand return and suddenly I am being force fed Clay.
I feel like Charlie Brown trick or treating and instead of getting Laura, I get a bag of rocks (NIna).

    Timmm replied

Thats funny Harry. I would have let Tracy and Luke’s party alone and had a messenger drop Luke a telegram letting him know he needs to leave right away and meet up with her. Its a life and death matter.[ Have Genie start the adventure herself.] Luke could let Tracy down in private and not in front of their guests! In other words, Genie’ first day entrance was horrible! As for Nina, I love Michelle and Roger together but again, the writing is horrible. Why split her and Franco up. They were so juicy together walking on the edge of the law. Nina and Ric are horrible together. I’m sure its because of Madeline being back and remarkably serving VERY little time! Harry, if you every break the law make sure to mention your friends in Port Charles. You’ll be released and home before dinner!

  4. Jake from NJ says:

Nina Clay??? Michelle is phenomenonal…love the quirkiness of Nina…she is a great comedian love her. You have to step back and remember so much of her character is because she lost 20 yrs and she is basically finding her way through all of lives changes. Plus her and Roger have such chemistry ❤️

    su0000 replied

    Love Nina!!
I laughed so hard when she was telling Molly to call her ”mom”
that whole scene was humorous, I loved it..
Michelle can deliver subtle humor, for sure!

    Jeremy replied

I’m with you Jake from NJ, I like Michelle Stafford as Nina. I really loved her antics when she first started and was “bound” to that wheelchair, her and Rosalie were great together, it was nice to see them reunited in a scene recently over the ELQ shares. Though, as much as I love Roger, too, sometimes, I find Nina & Franco scenes to be too quirky. I’m glad Nina had scenes with Silas this past week at the Floating Rib, I loved the balance between Silas and Nina, and I think Michelle Stafford and Michael Easton just have an undeniable chemistry. There’s something there, and I’m so hoping the show will re-explore that relationship. 20 years in a coma, there’s probably more to that story, with Madeline… anything is possible. I do like when Michelle and Roger work together, but I find that it’s becoming too much with their characters, sometimes.
And, I really loved Nina and Silas scenes!!!
Michelle & Michael made me wanting to see more of Nina & Silas, I can’t say that about Nina and Franco.

    Timmm replied

Well Jake, you do make a good point about her trying to find her way after 20 years.

  5. Barbara from Atlanta says:

What happened to the “wildly successful” The Stafford Project?

I watched a couple of episodes of it. They were “okay” but way too short.

I like Stafford very much and am glad to read that she appears to be in demand. However, I find the use of the phrase “wildly successful” to describe her prior web series to be strange and possibly not accurate. If it was so successful, why is she not making more episodes of it instead of this new venture. Also, if so successful, why hasn’t there been any mention of it by her (or this site) in quite a while?

I appreciate the effort that goes into this website and value the news that I read here. However, there frequently are instances an article gives me the impression that the website is not always giving a completely impartial view of the soap genre but, rather, is almost a public relations site for what is being discussed. The use of “wildly successful” is an example of this.

She is great as Nina Clay, ans i agree with the comments above about Nina and Silas. They seem to be sparkeling now!! He is so cool-like that it balances out the high energy vibe that Nina sends. I would be curious to see what would a Sonny and Nina fling be like?! Hmm i wonder if they would dare go there…I secretly am hoping that they try Sonny and Hayden when she wakes up.
