The soap opera and the revolving door that has become ABC’s morning talker, The View, continues with women leaving or being let-go, or being hired back!
In the case of the one-time popular co-host, Sherri Shepherd, word is that she is on her way back to the series for the shows upcoming season 19! This time, Shepherd will be in the position of lead contributor to the gabfest and will appear in what is expected to be at least 50 episodes. Fans of the series have known that Shepherd left the series back in August of 2014 after contract talks stalled, but two months ago she returned as a guest co-host, which prompted the discussions of a ;arger return to the bigger picture of the new season.
According to Deadline.com, The announcement of Shepherd comes after The View has decided to go back to a five-host panel format featuring: Whoopi Goldberg, Raven-Symone, Michelle Collins; who will to be joined by Candace Cameron Bure and Paula Faris. Shepherd is expected to lead a group of a half dozen or so contributors that also would include Stacey London and Molly Sims.
