4 June 23rd, 2010 Stacy Haiduk to join Days of our Lives!

Well here ya go! Just when she loses her gig one top soap, she bounces back and picks up a part on another! Stacy Haiduk (Emily/Patty) currently finishing out her contract cycle on The Young and the Restless, is headed to Days of our Lives. According to SoapOperaDigest.com today, “Y&R’s loss is DAYS’s gain. Digest can report exclusively that the actress, who was just taken off contract at Y&R, has been hired as a prison warden. She will first air at the beginning of September.”

It will be interesting to find out just a little bit more about this prison warden, and what type of part Haiduk is taking on.  Stay tuned.

    I heard that Maura West ex Carly on ATWT was going to join a CBS soap in LA so I am guessing she will join Y&R.Now that Stacy/Emily is leaving the show i can see her being a love interest for Jack now! Also with Deacon Sharpe returning to the show i can see a pairing with Phyliss thus reuniting Nick and Sharon.Now we need a new love interest for Jill and everyone should be paired up.
