As previously reported, next Monday and Tuesday on November 11th and 12th, The Young and the Restless will honor the men and women in uniform who protect our country in a two-part Veterans Day episode.

In this just released behind-the-scenes look at the taping of the episodes, Peter Bergman (Jack) recalls his real life father as a war veteran, Kristoff St. John (Neil), Angell Conwell (Leslie) and Bryton James (Devon) show their appreciation for the veterans.

Steve Burton (Dylan) and Sean Carrigan (Stitch) speak with guest star, Tony Nevada, who is a veteran of the Marine Corps and ask him what Veterans Days means for him!

Watch the preview of Y&R’s special episodes after the jump, and let us know if you will be watching!

I love Sharon and Dylan to find out they are siblings. They both need loving family. The Newman are horrible to both of them. I hope Victor and Nikki brake up. They could not be more nasty to people

I’ll be watching because I always do, but my FF button will be nearby! I just hate that JFP is forcing Dylan down our throats and is using our real life heros to do it. What a ploy!

SZima…I agree!!!!! And, yes…what a ploy!!!!! And, as a so-called Executive Producer, Jill Farren Phelps is such a M-O-R-O-N!!!!! More and more, JFP does not care about the history of Y&R. All JFP cares about is (1) pushing forward her own lame-brained soap opera agenda, (2) CONSTANTLY forcing and shoving annoying and EVEN MORE UNWATCHABLE newbie characters down our throats 24/7 and (3) giving MORE AND MORE soap opera air time to her little-soap-opera-pet Steve Burton. More and more, Y&R is turning into STOMACH CHURNING TV!!!!! No Thank You. Next………..
