I expect to hear Laura’s name announced as a nomination. her work was outstanding all year long but then again, it always is!!!

I know I’m asking for alot but is there anyway Tracey Bregman can be in the running. Her work was good too but she’s the most beautiful lady on daytime so that would win a nomination from me in my book…

I am hoping for Maurice Benard to get the nonimation for best actor and I hope he wins on April 30th. He is such a great actor. This is my reason for watching General Hospital. He deserves to win hands down for the Morgan death storyline. He always delivers and never disappoints. He had me crying from his scenes during Morgans funeral. I would also like for Laura Wright to win the Emmy for best actress for her stunning performance during the Morgan death story . Her willingness to be raw and real should earn her that honor.

I think Nancy Lee Grahn was an outstanding performer this past year, especially during Alexis’ build-up and struggle with alcoholism. Unlike so many other stories on the show (the “mob series,” reincarnation, hospital bombing, etc.), Alexis’ struggle is a real struggle that many human beings can relate to. I thought Nancy did an exemplary job and I think she deserves to be recognized. Honestly, I am sick to death of the Carly and Sonny show and the rehashed dialogue between the two of them.

Instead of just airing the nominations on “The Talk” or “The View”, etc… why not air the award show itself, in daytime like they use to.
