General Hospital‘s Monday episode has now aired in all parts of the country, and all we can say is “Wow!”
Although it had been highly suspected that Anders Hove was returning to GH and reprising his role of uber-villain Cesar Faison (which from the get-go made the most sense on who on earth would do such harm to Robin and Anna) seeing Faison again as he revealed himself to Robin as the man behind the “Duke” mask was just delicious drama!
How great though were Anders Hove and Kimberly McCullough (Robin)? The scenes between the two were played brilliantly reminding us again of the power of these two actors, especially since its been decades since Hove was on GH!
The entire episode of the show was great, which included some major developments in the other highly emotional story which had Monica hauling off and slapping Carly as A.J/Michael/Monica and Carly all had a showdown which led to the arrest of A. J via Dante! But as you can tell, Michael is really pissed at his mom for that one.
However, there was another HUGE twist to the Faison story at the end of the episode, when Faison tells Robin, he has one more loose end to tie up. NOTE: If you have not seen GH today you may want to wait till reading further)
Next, we see Faison entering a room, very angry, and then we see strapped to a bed the real Duke! (Ian Buchanan) OMG, the real Duke is alive too!
So soapers, what do you think of today’s General Hospital and the storyline with Faison being revealed as the person behind all the torment that has gone on since Robin blew up in the lab at GH many months ago? Weigh-in! And take a look at the moments today when Faison revealed himself to Robin, as well when viewers saw that Faison has the real Duke in the clip belows!
