Leave it to B&B head honcho, Brad Bell to snatch some more folks and characters from the canvas of The Bold and the Beautiful’s sister, soap The Young and the Restless. This time, Bell has enlisted Tonya Lee Williams to make a two episode guest appearance on B&B reprising her role of  Genoa City’s Olivia Barber Winters, on February 1st and 2nd.

Since Barber is Olivia’s middle name, and Williams will be acting with Aaron Spears, who plays Justin Barber, TV Guide got the low down. Williams stated, “No one really put it together. Apparently Brad Bell had this idea back when he named Aaron’s character — he just didn’t let any of us know about it. We’re just actors. Who knows what goes on behind the veil of Oz?” They gave me some very interesting, quirky scenes with a lot of the characters — the kind that made me wonder if maybe something might come of it down the line. So naturally I played the crap out of everything!”

Olivia comes into the fold when a major event happens in Justin’s life, which is said to be a B&B first!  So, what do you think it could be? Let us know!

People on message boards immediately thought Dru would be related to the black chars of B&B. So it’s kind of a duh moment for the actors. LOL! Also, B&B is abt fashion, and Dru is a fashion model, so storyline wise, Dru could mix it up w/ the chars better than Olivia can. Rowell is a fantastic actress and she’d be great sparring w/ Flannery. I doubt they’d ask Rowell to join B&B though. B&B is a million times worse than Y&R in terms of racial diversity in the cast and in the storylines. Also, it’s not as if Brad Bell knows how to write consistently for black chars. So Olivia, who is sooooooooooooooooooo boring, would be 1 more useless char on B&B. She’d fit right in on B&B since majority of the chars are useless. Maybe the “first for B&B” would be an entire ep centering around racial minority chars and even the people in the background would be racial minorities since it is in LA. But then again it is B&B. I’m guessing Barber marries Donna. Heck all kinds of incestuous relationships have been portrayed w/ the skanky, straight, white people of B&B. But I don’t think they ever had a black char marry a white char on B&B.
