Finally, General Hospital has circled together some of their major storylines with definitive reveals, or at least we hope they are so we can move forward! In today’s episode, Roger Howarth’s character was revealed to be … Franco! But not the real Franco no one had ever seen before, but actually Howarth is a recasted version of the original “Franco” played by James Franco!
The shocker came when all of the Port Charles citizens gathered at the Haunted Star to meet the mysterious person who lured them there with a text messaged picture of Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), all immediately recognized Roger Howarth’s character! It came to be revealed that he was the artist whose canvas was murder, Franco!
We have to give out hats off to Roger Howarth though! He really played each beat, and all the interactions with the Corinthos and Quartermaine clan who were gathered together pretty brilliantly, even if this was a one for the records books in terms of suspending all belief!
Elsewhere, it was revealed by Maura West’s Ava Jerome to Kristen Alderson’s Kiki, that her daughter was actually Lauren Frank! So this means, Roger Howarth and Kristen Alderson are playing father and daughter, once again!
But while all this was going down, we finally to see more of Robert Kelker Kelly’s creepy return as Stavros Cassadine as Lulu (Emme Rylan) remembered and told Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) in a series of flashbacks, that she married and was forced to consummated her relationship to Stavros! And if all of that was not enough, Luke (Anthony Geary) was taken ill, rushed to the hospital, with Tracy (Jane Elliot) by his side.
