ONE LIFE TO LIVE’s brilliant Ron Carlivati and his team of Carolyn Culliton, Elizabeth Page, Aida Croal, Shelly Altman, Janet Iacobuzio, Christopher Van Etten, Anna Theresa Cascio, Fred Myers failed to take home the prize in what had been expected as a shoo-in based on the incredible and brilliant creative efforts over the past year in Llanview.

This is ”ATWT’s” Passanante’s fourth WGA win this decade, including two wins for her work on ALL MY CHILDREN. Carlivati has no wins.

As The World Turns shouldn’t have been cancelled. I bet after this everyone realized they made a mistake.

It is extremely extremely heartening to know that ATWT is off the air. If ATWT was half as good as what you say it was, it would never have been rejected by the audience and ultimately being cancelled. The rejection of ATWT by viewers worl-wide is testament that it was the worst soap towards the end of its tenue on screen. The testimonies presented here are in support of a few characters (overwhelmingly about Luke and Reid), and definitely no one else associated with the show, especially the writers.
