One Life to Live’s Erika Slezak (Viki Banks) a nominee for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series talks with Michael Fairman on the red carpet at the 39th Annual Daytime Emmys. Erika discusses her nominated work, seeing colleagues again since OLTL’s cancellation, Laura Wright’s Lead Actress nominee luncheon, and what she would say in her acceptance speech, if she won.
Edna Barefoot says: Erika Slezak is also MY favorite actress. I was glad to see your interview with her. Some reporter(I suppose) was asking her question who I don’t think even knew anything about her. I love your articles & interviews. Erika was so beautiful that night as always a lady. Thank you again Michael for bring this wonderful lady to us on screen.
Video doesn’t work…I click on arrow on far left and get nothing…Wantes to listen to the latest interviews… One minute it worked. The next time I tried it didn’t !!!!! HELP

The video does work. It takes a few seconds of black or blank screen and then plays. We have checked it on our end. Not sure if its the connection u are using that is slow, but try again or from another computer, if you can.

Susan m, There are a lot of general hospital fans saying that the One life to live cross overs aren’t working out , I like them, I think they are fitting in good, Did you hear the new opening to general hospital? it goes so fast I heard 12 second of it, I can’t make a comment till I hear more.
I think the OLTL cross overs are fitting in okay. I don’t understand why some gh fans are saying that..I don’t see what the problem is..New opening does go very quick..I like the old opening best….When you hear the old opening you know GH is on without a doubt…

You know what david? She is such a wonderful good person that I don’t think she has a mean bone in her body, I bet she would give Ericka Kane a pass, I just don’t think that Ericka Slezak would say anything, shes that nice and sweet, I miss her so much. Susan Lucci ruined any changes of us seeing how Ericka Slezak has been and because of susan lucci’s self centered behavior the other night we all got robbed. I would love for her do a interview just to see how she is doing.
Can’t find the right site but anyway some soap fan said OLTL characters aren’t fitting in on GH….I disagree…That simply isn’t true….That’s what I think….I think they are doing great………I miss OLTL and I enjoy seeing them on GH……………..
I didn’t think Ms. Lucci was that way..Stealing the moment away from others…Oh, well……….I alway’s liked Erika Slezak BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think she would fit in with the mob story with kate/ sonny and mcbain maybe this joe jr family had ties with the lords and was involved in joe Riely car crash in the 70 ‘s he was doing story on the mob and drugs then. or maybe niki link
What car crash????????? Joe Riley died because he had a fatal illness….Don’t remember a car crash… Can you clarify that??? What car crash in the 70′s???? I’m puzzled??????? Yes she would fit in….
joe was going a story for the banner about drug dealers around 1970ish in cal and his car went off a cliff and was thought to be dead . that’s when viki married steve but joe was alive. look up olt history it will tell u the whole storyline
And Todd can talk her into staying, She would be a wonderful neighbor for the quartermaines. I miss her.

Good thing John is going back to Llanview & away from Sam…John made the right deceision & wait till Natalie got back from London with Liam….

After welcoming “One Life to Live into my home since the very first episode, I feel the space that was left after the show’s cancellation everyday. I miss it terribly, as well as all the characters and especially, Erika Slezak’s “Victoria Lord Buchanan. ”
Every time I’ve heard the name “Victoria Lord” mentioned on General Hospital recently it causes me to hope more and more that we will see her on General Hospital soon.
That’s how I feel to, I miss vicki and would love for her to show up at Todds door for a visit, then a permanent stay bringing Clint with her.
