Holden confronts Damian at the Docks. Holden would call the police on him, but Damian insists that putting Lily and Luke through a trial will be worse than just letting him go. They fight and later we see Holden rinsing himself, bloodied, at the Snyder Farm. He goes to find Lily at home, who has just told Luke that Damian lied to them about the DNA test. Luke apologizes to Holden for trusting Damian. Holden leaves to see if there’s any word about Meg. Back at Snyder Farm, Molly tells Holden she’s moving into the Lakeview when she notices he’s bleeding through his shirt. She asks what happened between him and Damian. Molly keeps pressing Holden about what happened between him and Damian on the Docks, but Holden keeps mum. He invites Lily over to tell the children that Damian’s gone. Natalie and Ethan accept the news, but Lily feels guilty for putting them through it all. Lucinda stumbles in on Dusty and Teri at Metro. She senses something between them, but Dusty denies much to Teri’s disappointment. Teri tells Dusty she’s not a kid and that they could reasonably date but he tells her they’re not meant to be together. Teri accuses Dusty of being in love with Janet. Later Lucinda meets the PI (Dusty presumably gave her the contact info for) and she asks him to find Damian and make sure he never returns to Oakdale.
Emily almost remembers discovering Mick’s not who he says he is. But she can’t quite grasp the memories and Mick’s right there to encourage her to focus on having a baby. Paul’s upset when he hears Emily repeating Mick’s words about just wanting to work on having a child right now, since he’s still worried about her health. Emily becomes upset and Paul tries to pacify her. He goes to Barbara’s hotel room where Mick had just given her a treatment and a ring to remind her of his love and devotion for her. When Paul arrives, Mick leaves promising to only do whatever’s in Emily’s best interests. Paul accuses Barbara of having an unhealthy interest in Mick and when he sees the ring, and realizes Mick gave it to her; Paul demands to know who Mick is. Barbara tells Paul it’s not her secret to tell. Meanwhile, back at Fairwinds Mick tells Emily that he’ll give her a child if Paul won’t. Casey learns, much to his disappointment, that the bar might not let him become a lawyer due to his criminal past. Tom and he discuss how unfair it is. They return home, where Casey left exhausted Alison napping. Alison’s not in his bed, but comes rushing in explaining that she took a walk, but felt the strong urge to only be in Casey’s arms. Casey’s ok with that. Alison was actually at the Bell Tower caressing Mick’s scarf. Mick convinces Emily to harvest her eggs on the premise that if Paul won’t commit to having a child with her, he’ll help her himself. Emily’s then goes to Alison’s wedding shower at the Lakeview. The shower’s attendees, Lisa, Susan, and Margo have stressed Ali out about whether or not she’ll change her last name when she marries Casey. Ali notices Mick watching her in the Lobby and she goes to him. He pulls her into the elevator and tries to convince her that she doesn’t actually want this marriage. Ali denies and manages to get out of the elevator. Seeing Casey arrive, she grabs hold of him and they go back to Tom and Margo’s where Ali is once again put down to rest. She awakes, alone, and leaves. She arrives at Bell Tower, unsure of why she’s come. Mick kisses her passionately and they begin to make love. Barbara tells unsatisfied Paul that Mick will reveal his plan when he’s ready. Paul’s about to lose it, he’s so nervous that Mick might harm his wife, when Susan brings Emily in. Emily kept acting like she was in a trance at the shower and she tells Paul, once again in Mick’s words, that she’s going to have a baby with or without him. Paul’s distraught; he thought he and Emily were going to make it work this time. Emily snaps out of it and realizes Mick’s somehow brainwashing her. Barbara’s yelled at by Paul, rejected by Mick, and later finds herself looking in the mirror wondering if she looks remotely younger at all.
Alison leaves Mick in the Bell Tower after having made love. She’s determined this is not the life she wants for herself, even though Mick would rather they run away together. When she returns home, she claims she went for a walk. Casey wants to kiss her, but she refuses and jumps in the shower. When she returns Casey notices she’s missing her engagement ring. Alarmed Ali covers and says she left it in the shower, then she makes up an excuse and leaves to return to the Bell Tower. She finds the ring on Mick’s pillow along with a note from him that says that there’s a reason why she accidentally left her ring there. Ali’s conflicted. Emily remembers that Mick confessed to her that he wasn’t who he said he was before he knocked her out and put her in a coma. Alarmed she and Paul scheme to get him to come over. Mick’s relieved to get a phone call from Emily, so he can stop arguing with Barbara about his feelings for her and Alison. He arrives and Emily and Paul pounce on him. Barbara’s tagged along with Mick, however, and when she sees Emily and Paul grabbing him she cries out for them to stop because Mick is Paul’s father.

Luke is suffering once he discovers that Damian lied to him and Lily. He would lean on Noah, but he can’t – since Reid won’t treat Noah if he’s affiliated with Luke. Noah regrets not being able to be there for Luke. Noah tells Reid he doesn’t like his rules, even though he’ll abide by them for the chance to get his sight back. Luke doesn’t understand why Damian left him in the lurch with Noah’s surgery coming up and to handle a company he barely knows how to run. Luke asks Lily if there’s more to his disappearance than she told him, but Lily doesn’t want to talk about it. Luke turns to Molly, who’s recently come off a conversation with Holden (where he admitted that he and Damian fought and that he left Damian unconscious aboard a ship that left port). Molly’s nervous that Luke’s asking questions about Damian’s disappearance until she realizes it’s not related to Holden. Molly tells Luke that Damian drove Meg crazy and almost killed her (which Lily had been keeping from him). Luke’s horrified to learn this information. He returns to Lily who’s been delivered Damian’s wallet from a man at the docks, who found it in the water. They both think that this is a very bad sign and that Damian is in serious trouble – they think, likely by the hands of Meg.
