Lily tells Holden that Damian sent her the ring and the note.  Molly sees that Lily has bought it and shows her happiness to Holden.  Margo goes to Luke to say that a body was found and positively identified as Damian’s.  Noah will be there for Luke.  Molly and Holden celebrate by making love and talking about getting their family back together.  Lily comes home and tells Luke about the ring and the note, and Luke’s flabbergasted, then tells Lily that Margo was over with news about Damian’s body.  Now, Lily’s not sure what she believes.  Lily calls Margo and agrees to meet at the station.  Margo goes to the docks and sees a boy named Arthur who identifies Holden and Damian. Margo arrests Holden on a murder charge. Margo tells Holden the Maltese authorities are going after whoever killed Damian.  Lily and Luke believe Damian’s still alive, and that makes Molly feel guilty.  Molly hears Lily gave the ring to the police and Molly heads out in a panic.  Margo tells Holden about the ring, that it’s not authentic and was made here in Oakdale.  But she’ll still have to arrest him.  Lily catches up to Molly at Java and confronts her, presuming she had the ring made.  Luke is disappointed in Holden for not being honest with him.  Lily and Molly want to work together to free Holden, but Margo gets a fax that says Holden’s being extradited to Malta to stand trial for Damian’s murder.  Reid examines the brain scans that Luke has of Damian and says unless Damian has Huntington’s disease, they can’t belong to him. Holden is about to be extradited, and there’s not much Lily or Tom can do because of Damian’s influence.  Molly takes it into her own hands, goes to the station and tells Holden’s story.  The Attorney General, who knows Lucinda, gets on the phone and wants to work it out.  By EOD, Holden is not going to be extradited.

Craig wants to support Carly’s business interests and talks to Ellis about liquidating some assets.  Carly, meanwhile, is about to tell Jack about Janet and Dusty when Janet arrives and wonders what’s up. Janet then tells Carly she and Jack are going to have a baby. Carly’s shocked and goes to Craig, who says this is a good thing, will provide some distance between Carly and Jack.  Craig consoles Carly, kisses her hair, which makes Carly flip out and leave.  Janet wonders if Jack doesn’t want to commit to her. Jack insists it’s got to be about the baby.  Janet goes to see Liberty. Craig goes to Milltown and sees Jack, teases him about the baby. Janet wants Carly to stay away from Jack. Carly fires back that she knows about Janet and Dusty. Jack brings Liberty a DVD player, but Dusty has to bring it into the room.  Liberty is comforted.  Dusty also has a punching bag with “cancer” written on it, to help Liberty through.  Jack runs into Carly outside Yo’s, not sure of how he’ll proceed.  Dusty talks to Janet at the hospital, tries to convince her they can be good for each other.  Dusty then talks to Carly at the Lakeview, hears that Jack and Janet will be having a baby.  Jack relents and agrees to it officially, and at EOD Jack and Janet make love. Carly cleans the house, upset.  Parker senses it, and then goes to see Jack about it.  Jack has been awkward with Janet, and vice versa, about the baby.  Dusty has been doing some research and tells Liberty about a program in Minnesota for youths with leukemia.  There’s a spot available and Liberty wants to go.  Dusty tells Janet about it and she’s upset.  Dusty just wants to help, and doesn’t think a baby with Jack would be good for Janet, or anyone.  Parker is comforting to Liberty, but she doesn’t want him to come along to Minnesota.  At EOD, Parker and Liberty do speak over video chat on the computer, but Liberty’s still upset about her condition and being where she is. Craig reiterates to Carly that she’s still too attached to Jack, and it’s not doing her any good.  Craig wants her to focus on Monte Carlo.  He thinks they’ll have to move to New York to succeed.  Carly insists she can make it in Oakdale, as she has before.  She goes to Fashions, then runs out with a dress.  She’s wearing it near EOD when Jack goes to see her after being tipped off by the salesgirl. Carly and Jack start to kiss, and almost go upstairs to make love. Jack pulls back, because of Janet, and Carly lets fly that Janet slept with Dusty.  Craig, meanwhile, wants to use Parker’s trust fund to bankroll Monte Carlo.

Mick wants Alison to get him a little fresh air before he’s taken away.  Alison sneaks him up to the roof.  Casey arrives shortly thereafter, suspicious of Mick.  They argue and at EOD Casey wheels Mick to the edge of the roof. Paul divests himself of James’ money, giving it all to Henry. He wants to make a clean break.  He also divests himself of Barbara, for whom it’s mutual that they don’t need each other. Barbara goes to the Lakeview and sees Henry drinking the celebratory champagne Paul gave him.  They argue, then make love.  At EOD, Paul hears that Mick’s not in his bed, but Emily convinces him to concentrate on her for the moment. On the roof, Casey says Alison can end it just by answering if she really loves Mick.  Alison admits she doesn’t.  She still loves Casey.  Casey’s surprised by this, but Mick’s not.  But Mick runs into Casey, causing him to gash his hand, then wheels away.  Alison finds Mick at the staircase where they first met, where he’s also spotted by a cop. Reid plans to leave town.  He gives Katie two months’ rent.  Reid talks to Bob about talking to the judge, his golf buddy, about letting Reid off.  Bob says it’s not his call.  But there is a patient who needs help that Bob will refer a doctor in Chicago.  The competitive Reid wants in, then says he should do the surgery himself, in Oakdale, next week. Reid however reluctantly helps out Luke by testifying that the brain scans couldn’t have belonged to Damian.  Reid wants Luke to exchange the favor by calling off the cops.  But Reid still wants to help Noah and his new patient, Gillian.
