Jack catches Todd with Dorian’s safe open, and he slips the gun into his pocket. Todd takes the gun and leaves, ready to shoot Victor. Tea tells her husband that he’s still the man she loves. They go upstairs to make love.  Someone breaks into the house with the gun. Starr and Dani talk over the huge events in the Manning household and get into a fight about Todd vs Victor. They eventually make up. To Rex’s surprise the stripper at the Spotted Pony is Kim, going by the name of Gigi. Rex explains about Gigi’s death, etc., and that he’s seen Gigi and consulted a psychic who led him here. She tells Rex she can’t help him. He leaves – but first sees another vision of Gigi, who tells him not to give up on her. Kim then goes to a hospital room and tells an unseen person in the bed that Rex was in town. Ford and Jessica pull out of the kiss and Ford tries to apologize. Jessica suggests that since it’s so hard for him to deal with missing Tess, they shouldn’t see each other. He reluctantly agrees.

Joey and Kelly prepare to say goodbye to Llanview and move to London.  Aubrey returns her engagement ring and learns that Joey is leaving town with Kelly and wishes them the best.  Elsewhere, Kelly gives John the news of her imminent departure and urges him not to let his pride get in the way of a possible future with Natalie. Bo visits Asa’s grave on the anniversary of his death.  There he runs into Renee, and the two have a heart-to-heart about the state of the family and Bo’s feelings that he’s let them all down. Clint settles into life at Llanfair, but broods that house arrest prevents him from keeping up a tradition he’s begun since Asa’s death, which requires his presence at the mansion.  Clint compels Nigel to help him slip out and go to the mansion anyway, thus violating the terms of his sentencing.  Rex returns to Llanview.  Rex tells Natalie about his run-in with Kim.  Natalie extracts a promise from Rex that he’ll keep Kim’s whereabouts a secret especially from Clint.  Rex goes on to say that he saw Gigi again.  She urged him not to give up.  Natalie suggests that the meaning behind Gigi’s statement is that he shouldn’t give up on his life.   Kim visits the bedside of her mysterious friend and tells her about Rex’s surprise visit to The Spotted Pony.  Kim, made aware of Clint’s reversal of fortune, decides to risk the wrath of David, return to Llanview and take another shot at her ex-husband. Dorian’s career aspirations do not mesh with David’s but he chooses to sacrifice his career to stand by Dorian.  Dorian is rattled after a visit from John which sends Dorian on a mission to complete one last bit of business.  At EOD:  John comes face to face with Natalie. Viki, Joey and Kelly discover that Clint has disappeared. Rex asks Gigi for a sign that Natalie’s interpretation of her last message is correct; then Clint and Nigel arrive.  Kim arrives at La Boulaie to see David. A bedside photo of the person in the Kentucky hospital room implies her true identity.

Caught off guard by his father’s sudden visit, Rex is inclined to throw Clint out, but Clint explains he only wants to honor Asa.  Knowing the police will soon be following Clint, anyway, Rex relents and the father and son have a small bonding moment.  Having been alerted about Clint’s “escape,” Bo shows up, followed by Joey, Kelly, and Natalie.  Rex leaves them to share a toast to Asa’s memory.  Rex visits Gigi’s grave and admits that after his disappointing visit to Kentucky he may have to accept that she’s truly gone…but then he witnesses something that makes him think twice. Joey wonders if living under the same roof will rekindle Viki and Clint’s relationship. Determined to win Clint back, Kim implores David not to share with Clint the damning information he has on her.  David agrees and at EOD Kim comes face to face with her ex-husband Clint.  Brody makes a threat to keep his secret safe. Natalie returns the blank tape to John, who was affected by Kelly’s urging him to move forward with Natalie and asks about her meeting with Delphina.  Natalie tells him about the psychic’s claim that Todd knows what was on the tape.  The Cramer women of Llanview have a surprise farewell party for Dorian.

Victor arrives at The Sun where he disgustedly hurls his name plate (bearing the name Todd Manning) off of his desk. Brody enters to ask Victor to keep quiet about Liam being John’s son. Brody wants to keep his family together, but Victor is no longer sure he wants to keep this a secret. Even though Victor hates John, he knows the pain of not knowing who you really are. Look at him; his mother lied to him and now his whole world has been turned upside down. Brody threatens to take Victor down if Victor says anything as Victor’s secretary walks in. Victor refuses to reveal what he plans to do. Later Victor grabs his phone to call John while looking at a copy of Liam’s paternity test. At the police station John heeds Kelly’s advice and dances around the subject of getting back together with Natalie. Natalie returns Gigi’s tape and says Delphina couldn’t get a hit off of it, except that Victor may know something. Whatever is on that tape is about Liam. John summons the courage to tell Natalie that he still cares about her, but they are interrupted by a call from a realtor, who has an apartment ready for Natalie and Brody to look at. John wishes Natalie well and walks away. Later John becomes suspicious when Brody says he already asked Victor about Gigi’s tape and Victor knew nothing.

Inside Bo’s office Bo calls Matthew to tell him he loves him, even though the doctors say there hasn’t been any change in his condition. David arrives to tell his pa that he will be going away for a few months. Bo is proud of David for achieving his acting dream and hugs his son.   Clint is pleased to see Kim, who is also happy to see her old cowboy. Kim says she had to see him as Clint reveals he knows Kim didn’t cheat on him. What did David have on Kim that made her leave? Kim avoids the question by asking about Clint’s health. Clint reveals he has missed her and had people looking for her. Where has she been and why did she come back? Kim seems ready to tell Clint the truth when Natalie enters. Natalie grabs Kim and physically throws her out.

Dorian is surprised to see Viki at the mayor’s office. Viki admits she heard Dorian was heading to Washington, D.C., so she wanted to say good-bye. However, Dorian has some choice words for Viki, namely why did she let Clint serve his prison sentence in her home? Doesn’t Viki care that Clint had David sent away and almost killed him? Viki defends her decision; Clint is the father of her children. She can’t turn her back on him. Dorian closes the door to continue her argument. Viki finally has had enough and tries to leave, but discovers the door is locked — from the outside. She turns to Dorian and the women laugh as they realize they are once again trapped together without any phones or a way to contact the outside world. Viki and Dorian realize once again they are both best friends and enemies. Dorian refuses to call them frenemies; that is not what they are! Dorian says Viki will be bored without her. Viki replies Dorian will get into so much trouble without her looking after her. Viki calls Dorian a friend and says she loves her in a very odd way. Dorian tears up; she hates that Viki got to be the bigger person first! (Aw.) They admit they will miss each other and toast to each other as we are treated to a montage of Viki and Dorian’s greatest moments. David bursts in and tells Dorian to step away from his BFF! Viki shares one last good-bye with Dorian and hugs David. Viki wipes the tears from her eyes as Dorian and David go to grab their limo.

At the cemetery Rex shows Gigi’s tombstone to Natalie. Her date of death has been scratched off! Natalie thinks some vandals did it, but Rex is convinced it is a sign from Gigi. She is trying to tell him that she is alive! Natalie gently tells Rex that she saw Jared after his death, but it was just a dream. Still, if Rex needs to believe Gigi is alive, she will support him. Rex insists Gigi is not a product of his over-active imagination. He is positive she is alive somewhere and is determined to bring her home. He and Shane need her! Victor is trying to work at The Sun when Todd barges in. Todd tries to kick his brother out, but Victor refuses. This is still his newspaper! Todd argues that it is HIS newspaper. In fact everything Victor has belongs to Todd. Victor taunts Todd; if he wants everything back, he is going to have to kill him. Todd touches the gun hidden in his pocket and assures Victor that can be arranged. Tea arrives at La Boulaie to compare notes about the two Todd’s with Blair. Both are shocked by the turn of events, but soon they are bickering when Tea reveals she still loves Victor and thinks Victor deserves to continue to live the life he has been living. Blair argues that it’s Todd’s life and Victor needs to step aside. Their argument is cut short when Bo calls to say there is a skirmish at The Sun.

Bo arrives at The Sun just in time to stop Todd from pointing his gun at Victor. He orders Todd to leave since he has yet to prove legally that The Sun — and everything else — belongs to him. Blair and Tea arrive. Blair takes Todd back home while Victor asks Tea if there is a way to make Todd legally go away. Tea isn’t sure, but warns Victor that Todd won’t stop until he gets everything back. Victor growls if Todd wants a war, then he will get one! Meanwhile Blair works to calm Todd down, who is furious with Victor. Blair assures Todd that she will get him an excellent lawyer, but Todd mumbles to himself that he doesn’t need one when he has a gun.

Rex arrives to Bo’s office to ask him to exhume Gigi’s body. He needs to know if she is in there or not! Bo advises against this, saying Shane wouldn’t want this, but Rex argues that if Gigi is alive, then he needs to bring her home to Shane! Brody arrives at the Buchanan mansion where Shane tells him that he needs his help. He wants to make Victor and Jack pay for Gigi’s death. Shane thinks Jack’s guilt is a sure indictor that he was responsible for Gigi’s death and wants Brody to help him set up a sting to make Jack confess. Brody admonishes Shane, saying Gigi didn’t raise him to seek revenge. He is confident Victor and Jack will get what is coming to them eventually. Kim arrives at the cemetery where she kneels in front of Gigi’s grave and touches the scratched out date of death. A groundskeeper notices her and thinks it’s a pity that Gigi died so young. Kim scampers away when she hears Bo and Rex arrive. Under Bo’s direction, a crew digs up Gigi’s coffin. Bo hesitates and asks Rex if he wants to see Gigi’s body. Rex insists that he does and is hit when he sees Gigi’s dead body. Unfortunately Shane arrives and is appalled by what he sees. Why would Dad do this? Rex apologizes and resolves to put the whole “I think Gigi is alive” behind him. After they leave, Kim comes out of hiding. She takes some roses from Asa’s grave and puts them on Gigi’s, saying they are better off here.
