Phyllis gets served with a legal document, learning that Avery is Daisy’s rep. Sharon dreams Victor pays for her freedom with his own. Phyllis tries to convince Ronan to put her under house arrest, but Ronan gives her advice regarding Lucy instead. Nick gives Avery a video game he got for Phyllis. Billy tries to evade discovery while Jack confronts Victor about being in Billy’s trailer. Victor busts Billy for leaving the trailer again. Victoria emails Billy, letting him go.

­Noah visits Sharon and informs her he thinks turning down the plea deal was a mistake. Michael insists that Billy stay hidden, but as soon as Michael leaves, Billy takes off. Victoria gets a clue that Billy may be in town. Billy searches Victoria’s house and is caught by Keely – the dog and a girl trying to sell him cookies. Victoria goes to Billy’s trailer to find it empty. She returns home as Billy jumps into a closet to hide. Keely keeps staring at the closet, prompting Victoria to walk to the closet door. Gloria confronts Colin, trying to get information about the safe. Gloria realizes Ronan is only interested in Colin. Lily invites Cane on an outing with the twins. ­Victoria tries to make her way towards the closet, but her sprained ankle stops her. Billy overcomes his urge to show himself to Victoria. Just as he would sneak out Sam arrives at the front door. Billy misinterprets how close Sam and Victoria have become. Victoria pours her heart out in an email to Billy. Billy deletes Victoria’s email without reading it. Abby realizes Ronan may be about to discover her taped confession that Diane locked away. She follows Ronan and is relieved to learn that Diane didn’t lock up the video of her confession. Ronan catches a break in his murder investigation, and Victor is the new top suspect. Ronan realizes the pillows correlate to the suspects. Ronan finds a DVD in the pillow which represents Abby.

­Jack struggles with his decision to betray Katherine and gets a visit from his father. John helps Jack realize he has an opportunity to reacquire Jabot. Devon is pleased when Katherine approves of his plans. Katherine nudges Devon to make peace with his father. Tucker chooses a win against Katherine over holding onto Jabot. Katherine pressures Mitchell to complete the change that adds Devon to her will. Katherine learns she’s getting sued by her Tucker. Sofia shows Malcolm the latest sonogram. Malcolm gives Sofia a special pillow; but Sofia wants Malcolm. Katherine asks Jack to testify on her side at the hearing. Sofia and Neil try to broker a deal on behalf of Katherine and Tucker, but their personal issues get in the way. Tucker informs Ashley the truth about his deal with Jack, and that he’s doing it for their relationship. He suggests she talk to Jack about her future with Jabot. Jack goes to the courtroom, sitting on Tucker’s side, to Katherine’s surprise. Ronan discovers an important page in Diane’s diary implicating Victor and Adam. Ronan questions Victor about the shoes, but when he doesn’t get anywhere he pulls in his secret weapon – Adam. Adam and Victor accuse each other of killing Diane. Victor and Adam inadvertently admit to being in the park and seeing Diane the night she died.

­Nick reveals to Ashley that he’s received a blackmail note demanding $50,000. Phyllis says she and Nick should go after the blackmailer together. Nick and Phyllis get a big shock. Ronan sent the fake blackmail note to Nick. One of the pages missing from Diane’s diary shows up at the station. Victor and his daughters are jolted by a headline of suspects: Abby, Victor, and Adam. Ronan informs Adam about Diane’s diary entry saying she knew Adam would kill her. Ronan reveals to Adam and Victor that he’s got a recording of them admitting they were in the park on the night of the murder. Ronan intends to hold Adam in jail, but Heather persuades Ronan to let Adam go. Ronan shakes up Victoria, Abby, Ashley, and Victor when he reveals some of their secrets to each other. Adam confronts a mystery person
